Q. Why can't I put certain items in the cart and proceed to checkout?

A. FREE SHIPPING ITEMS and SHIPPING FEE-CHARGED ITEMS cannot be purchased together.  Please proceed to payment with FREE SHIPPING ITEMS only or SHIPPING FEE-CHARGED ITEMS only separately. However, all purchase will be shipped together.



VAT

Q. Is there a value added tax (VAT) included in the listed price?

A. No, VAT is not included in the retail price of our items nor will VAT be charged on your purchase.

Gift Service

Q. Can you send the item/items as a gift?

A. Unfortunately, we regretfully cannot send item/items as gift due to custom policies that vary depending on each country.



Shipping Information

Q. How long does it take for a delivery?

A. Item(s) will be shipped through EMS (Express Mail Service) by The JAPAN POST. However, item(s) can be shipped differently as required by the destination country. Under an ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately 1-2 weeks to maximum of 4 weeks from Japan depending on the destination. Soon after item(s) is/are shipped, customers (purchasers) will receive an e-mail with "Confirmation of Shipment" and "Shipment Tracking Number" (provided by JAPAN POST) from Japan Marche. Though Japan Marche will monitor the status of the delivery, you can also check your item's status of delivery by accessing the URL below.

We regret that gift shipping service is unavailable due to different customs regulation of each country. Careful packing is guaranteed, however, IF ANY UNEXPECTED DAMAGE IS SEEN UPON DELIVERY IT IS ENCOURAGED THAT CUSTOMERS DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE AND CHECK THE CONTENTS TOGETHER WITH A LOCAL POST OFFICE STAFF.



Returns & Exchanges

Q. Can I return or exchange item/items?

A. All sales are final.

We replace defective product only.

If you have a defective item which you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days from when you or the designated recipient has received the shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We will make replacement depending on available stock. Defective item must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. Products further damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned will not be applied to the return policy. The defective items must be returned to the designated address as it was originally shipped from.When you return the defective items, you must fill in the enclosed packing slip and return form. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. There are 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
